32nd international Congress of German Ophthalmic Surgeons (DOC), 23rd - 25th May 2019, NürnbergConvention Center
The DOC is one of the most important events in ophthalmic surgery in Europe.
Internationally renowned experts present innovations and further developments and discuss the gold standards of ophthalmic surgery with the audience.
This year the contents of the conference consisted of the following main topics:

The scientific programme was rounded off by a series of seminars on management in clinics and practices as well as symposia in the fields of anaesthesia, contact lenses and strabology.
The programme for doctors was supplemented by a comprehensive programme for ophthalmological assistants (OAP), i.e. medical assistants and operating theatre nurses.
The special highlights this year were the video live surgery in 3D on two days and the extension of the Master Class courses to include glaucoma therapy, refractive surgery and eyelid surgery.
This year we welcomed around 6.100 participants and 125 exhibitors, who were represented on around 4.630 sqm of exhibition space.
The upcoming congress will take place from 18th to 20th June 2020 at the NürnbergConvention Center, to which we would like to cordially invite you.
