• The general construction height is 2.50 m. The maximum construction height must not exceed 4 m at the top edge. Stand constructions higher than 2.50 m must be submitted to MCN GmbH for approval by May 8, 2026, together with a detailed plan showing dimensions.
• The maximum construction height in NCC Ost is specified as follows:
  
  E0: approx. 3.00 – 4.00 m
  E1 + E3: approx. 4.00 m
  E2: Gallery 2.42 m
  E2: Foyer St. Petersburg 2.19 m
• Regardless of the height, a detailed plan with dimensions must be submitted to MCN for approval by May 8, 2026, for island stands (four open sides) and head stands (three open sides).
• One-third of each side of the booth that is designated as open must be kept open (privacy screens or dividing elements near the booth boundaries that are 1 m or higher are counted as closing elements).
• All rear sides of rear/side walls facing neighboring stands must be white and in visually perfect condition.
• Suspensions (only possible in Hall 7A!) must be set back at least 2.00 m from the stand boundary to the neighboring stand, unless the side facing the neighbor is neutral and white. Suspensions are permitted from a lower edge of 4 meters and are limited to an upper edge of 10 meters. The bottom edge of the suspension/advertising banner must not be less than 4 m above the floor and must be 1 m above the top edge of the stand. The maximum height of the suspension must not exceed 2 m.

Warning against phishing mails

Currently we are frequently contacted by our exhibitors that they are offered participant lists for our congresses. These e-mails do not have MCN as a contact and they are trying to establish an interaction with the exhibiting company with misleading offers. With the congress abbreviations, such as DOC, it is suggested to act as an official congress organizer.

In this context, orders may be placed that are not related to our congresses or MCN GmbH. In particular, we would like to emphasize that MCN has taken the highest possible precautions in the area of data protection and handling of personal data of all congress participants and has not commissioned any subcontractors with the administration. In general, MCN GmbH will contact you exclusively from German e-mail addresses and mail servers.

Warning of unofficial exhibitor directories

urrently, we are frequently confronted with the activities of Exhibitors Network, FairExpo, Jessie Data, Expo Guide, Fair Guide, Construct Data, MULPOR and International Fair Directory, which use misleading advertising to give the appearance of being officially active for trade fair and congress organizers.

In this context, entries in online exhibitor directories are offered for a high annual fee! Exhibitors are to bind themselves beyond that for several years.
The MCN GmbH makes lastingly attentive to the fact that it does not co-operate with aforementioned enterprise and its online portal!

The Verband der Deutschen Messewirtschaft (AUMA e.V) also draws attention to the curious activities of the aforementioned providers. An official warning notice is published here:
