CERTIFICATES & ATTESTATIONS:

All certificates and attestations for digital and on-site participation will be made available approximately 3 weeks after the end of the event via the participant management portal.

We will inform you by e-mail as soon as the certificates are available.

CERTIFICATION ON SITE:

The congress is certified by the Bavarian Medical Association.
When entering the lecture hall, please have your participant badge scanned for each session.
At the end of the session, you must leave the hall or have your badge scanned again outside the hall before the start of the next session. Please note that certification points cannot be granted for overlapping sessions.
Scanning is required for all professional groups, as only by scanning and the associated confirmation of attendance will you receive the certificate of attendance, course certificate and (nursing) certificate after the congress.
As the Satellite Symposia and Booth Lectures are company events, no continuing education points can be awarded for them.

CERTIFICATION STREAMING:

When participating via livestream, full attendance per session is required to receive the respective CME points.

Fruit (apples, bananas) is freely available to participants at several points in Hall 7A.

HANDOUTS:

Handouts for courses and OAP seminars are available (after the congress) on the DOC homepage. We ask for your understanding that only handouts provided by the speakers can be published.
General access data is required to download the handouts via the DOC homepage (portals/archive).
You will receive the password at the conference office.

MUESLI BAR:

Congress participants will each receive a voucher for a muesli bar. The vouchers were sent out together with the participation passes. For new registrations, they will be handed out directly at the conference office.
The vouchers can be redeemed - while stocks last - at certain cafeteria areas. These areas are marked on the back of the voucher.

STREAMING:

From May 12, you will be able to access the platform via the homepage, where you can follow the livestream from May 15. Here you can log in with your usual access data (e-mail address and password from the participant management portal).
All main sessions will be streamed from the Tokyo hall.
Get actively involved and use the Q&A function next to the livestream to ask the speakers questions, as well as the voting option for SLIDO votes.
You are also welcome to visit our digital industry exhibition and get in touch with the companies directly.

WARDROBE:

The checkroom is located in the NCC East ground floor. Jackets and luggage can be left there free of charge.

WATER/DISPENSER:

The vouchers can be redeemed - while stocks last - at certain cafeteria areas. These areas are marked on the back of the voucher.
For the first time this year, water dispensers are available to refill your bottle. The location of the dispensers is also marked on the back of the voucher.

WET- AND DRYLABS (NOTE ON ENTRY):

We would like to point out that the wet and dry labs in particular must start on time. Punctual attendance at the start is requested. If the participant is not in the relevant room within 10 minutes of the start, the right to participate will be forfeited.
